deltamiss has a vague recollection. At any rate, while I finally caved to creating a bracelet with the first piece, now listed in the shop, I finally took some Sunday afternoon time to design a bracelet to keep for myself. It was then that I discovered the label stamped into the back of the pin, and decided to investigate.

Florenza Is The Mark Of Dan Kasoff, Inc., Based In New York City. The Company Is Known For Decorative Desk Accessories In Addition To Jewelry. The Floenza Mark Was First Used In February 1956. Florenza Jewelry Has Distinctive Designs Inspired By Renaissance Revival Jewelry Which Was So Favored During The Victorian Era. The Jewelry Is Often Intricately Designed And Exhibits Excellent Metalwork, Frequently In Antiqued Gold-Tone, Ornamented By Distinct And Superior Rhinestones Of Pastel, Frosted, And Aurora Colors. Simply Put, Florenza Jewelry Is Characterized With Quality Workmanship, Quality Materials And Quality Designs. The Closure Of The Firm Was Necessitated In 1981 When Larry Kasoff, The Son Of The Founder Was Seriously Injured.
